Facts about Pandect Platform Lifts
Deciding on a lift versus a ramp?
The maximum safe gradient recommended for residential properties is 1:14. However for commercial premises this gradient is mandatory.
Commonly accepted ramp cost estimates:
For each metre rise you need to allow 14 metres in length, for example: An 800mm rise = a ramp of 11.2 metres in length.
Typical ramp costs average $800-$1000 per lineal metre
Lifts can be a more cost effective and faster solution to give you the access you need.
